In October 2026, Chartered Town Planner Beth Deacon-Bates MRTPI AssocRICS joined the business as Planning Director, expanding Cottrells’ services to include specialist planning and development consultancy.
Together, Alexander and Beth bring complementary expertise across property, land and planning, allowing Cottrells to provide joined-up advice from the earliest stages of a project.
