Valuation Services

A market appraisal provides an indication of a property’s likely selling price, together with advice on market conditions and how best to position it for sale. These are generally provided free of charge as part of our agency service.
A Red Book valuation is a formal valuation prepared by a RICS Registered Valuer and is required for purposes such as taxation, probate, secured lending, matrimonial proceedings, asset division and other legal or financial matters. Formal valuations are subject to a professional fee.
